Noise from the Pub could be disruptive during busy nights!!! Limited Parking Capacity makes finding a spot a headache on weekends!!! Parking lot views from some rooms are anything but scenic!!! Stairs are steep, presenting a challenge for those with mobility issues.

I truly appreciated the spacious and clean room during my two-night stay, and the amazing breakfast was a delightful start to my days, making it perfect for my weekend city explorations. Being so close to Garth Hill, just under 1.5 km away, and St Fagans National Museum of History, around 7 km from the hotel, really enhanced my experience as I could easily embark on picturesque walks and dive into Cardiff's rich history.

The double room was super comfy with an enormous bed and clean linens. Amenities included a private bathroom with a shower, toiletries, and a hairdryer. Breakfast was hearty, featuring local ingredients, and evening meals were excellent too! The staff were friendly. It's a quiet spot with stunning countryside views around. Warm and inviting atmosphere.

I couldn't dine in for dinner as I didn’t know I needed a reservation. I tasted only the breakfast, but it left me curious about the dinner menu. The pub can get noisy, especially during busy hours, but my room remained relatively quiet. the warm atmosphere and friendly service made my stay enjoyable, despite a few minor inconveniences.
